Thank you for shopping with Harvest Range LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@harvestrangellc.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@harvestrangellc.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
